To subscribe to one of our plans, it is essential to complete certain mandatory information on your account on

By following the steps described above, you can ensure that your personal and professional data are always up to date.

Step 1: Log in to your Feedcast Account

Open your browser and go to
Click on the login button located at the top right of the homepage.
Enter your email address and password, then click on "Log in" to access your account.

Step 2: Access Account Settings

Once logged in, head to your profile icon, located at the top right of the page.
Click on this icon to display a dropdown menu.
Select "Settings" from this menu to access your account configuration page.

Step 3: Update Account Information

On the settings page, you will find different sections for updating your personal information, your business details, communication preferences, and more.
Click on the section you wish to update. For example, to change your password, select the "Security" section.
Once in the desired section, enter the new information or make the necessary modifications.
Don't forget to click on "Save" or "Update" to apply the changes.

Make sure to complete all your information, especially the mandatory ones needed in order to subscribe to one of our plans. The SIRET number is mandatory, and the VAT number is optional (check the "Exempt from VAT" box if you do not have one).

It is important to note that the modifications made to your account on are immediately taken into account across all your connected projects and feeds. This ensures consistency and efficiency in managing your ecommerce activities across the platform.
