Connect your WooCommerce Store to Feedcast

Our solution offers several connectors to retrieve and optimize your product feed with ease.
Integrating your WooCommerce (WordPress) product feed with Feedcast.io enhances the visibility of your products and streamlines your digital marketing efforts.

Our built-in API connector for WooCommerce is easy to set up and takes only a few minutes. This article will guide you through the steps to successfully connect your WooCommerce feed to Feedcast.io.

This method can sometimes take time depending on the volume of products in your feed and the speed of your server.

Step 1: Log in to your WooCommerce Administrator account to retrieve your API key

Log in to the administration interface of your WooCommerce/WordPress account

Go to the left menu "WooCommerce"

Then click on the Settings sub-section

Finally, click on the page go to the tab (1) Advanced then on (2) API Reset

Step 2: Generate Your API Key

You will arrive on the API key generation page
Click on Add a key

Then configure the key as follows:
Description: Give a name to the API key (for example: feedcast)
Users: You don't have to do anything, it's just your username that's visible
Permissions: Leave the default permissions on "Read"

Click on Generate an API key

Once saved, you have the API key that you can simply copy/paste into your Feedcast account including:
The Client Key
The Client Secret code

Step 3: Add Your API Key to your Feedcast account

Now, you can add your API key by going to your Feedcast account:

Log in to your Feedcast account
Select the project where you want to add your WooCommerce feed.
In the "Configuration" menu (or during the first configuration step), choose the WooCommerce connector

Paste the Client Key and the Client Secret code retrieved in step 2. This action will allow Feedcast to add and update your feed without any specific action on your part.
Store URL: Enter the URL (domain) of your online store (For example: https://www.myshop.com).
API Key: Corresponds to the Client Key retrieved in step 2 to copy/paste
Access Token: Corresponds to the Client Secret code retrieved in step 2 to copy/paste

Then, click on "Continue with WooCommerce" and you're all set! Your product feed will be visible shortly on your Feedcast account under the "Product List" menu.

You can use other ways to connect your product feed with WooCommerce. For example, free modules such as CTX Feed are available. This module generates a file in the desired format (we recommend the .XML format). To do this, once you have retrieved your product feed URL, you just need to go through the CSV, TXT, MXL import method.

If you encounter any problems or have questions, our support team is ready to help you via live chat directly on your account or by email at support@feedcast.io.
