How to Create or Connect a Google Ads Account? 📢



Of all the advertising channels, Google Ads is like child's play to set up. And guess what? You can do (almost) everything from Feedcast! Here's a step-by-step guide. 😎



On the Advertising channels page, look for the magic button that says Activate channel. That's where it all starts!

One click, and a popup window appears with two tempting options:

Selecting this option takes you to a small (and very simple) form for creating a brand new Google Ads account with Feedcast.

Complete this form in no time at all, and you've just given birth to your brand new Google Ads account!



If you'd prefer to link an existing Google Ads account, here's the tricky bit. At first, you'll only see accounts you've already created in Feedcast :

But if the account you want to link isn't in the list, don't panic! Just click on My account isn't in the list, and you can then proceed to link your Google account with Feedcast. Once it's done, the button magically disappears, and you'll see your entire account list displayed!

What's next?



Google Merchant Center configuration





Now you'll need to set up your brand new Merchant Center, created especially for you! Once created, you'll need to follow the steps below:
Validate your phone number
Set up your company details
Add delivery charges for home delivery (cheapest carrier).

Once all these steps have been completed, Google will validate your product catalog. This usually takes 2 to 3 working days. You can check the status of your product catalogs in the left-hand menu Catalog status.

1 - If you wish to use an existing Google Merchant Center account, please contact us by chat or email.
2 - If you have already uploaded shipping costs directly into your product feed, you won't need to add them in the Merchant Center configuration step.
